Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.  Refunds will be issued to your original  payment method. To initiate a return, please email us at orders@bigcatcrafts.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if returning the item for any other reason than replacement of a product damaged in shipping.
